• Key Responsibilities:Deliver customer orders safely and on time.
• Follow the route and location provided in the Zepto partner app.
• Verify items during pickup and handle packages carefully.
• Collect cash from customers (if COD orders).
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
• Update delivery status in the app after every order.
• Eligibility / Requirements:Minimum age: 18 years
• Educational qualification: 10th pass (may vary by location)
• Android smartphone
• Own vehicle (bike/scooter or bicycle)
• Valid driving license (for bike riders)
• Aadhaar card / PAN card / Bank account
• Physical Requirements:Ability to ride a bike or bicycle or walk for deliveries
• Ability to lift medium-weight packages (5–10 kg)
• Skills Required:Basic smartphone handling
• Good knowledge of local routes and areas
• Time management
• Customer service skills
• Work Hours:Shift-based work
• Part-time: 4–6 hours
• Full-time: 8–10 hours
• Higher demand on weekends and festivals
• Earnings / Salary:Per-delivery payment
