Job Description
- Field Visits & B2C/B2B Sales: Travel daily within assigned territories to pitch and sell electrical components (like wires, switches, LEDs, switchgears, etc.) to retailers, electrical contractors, and builders.
- Distributor & Channel Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors while onboarding new channel partners to increase market penetration.
- Lead Generation & Market Mapping: Identify new business opportunities by mapping potential clients, electrical shops, and construction sites in the designated area.
- Sales Administration & Reporting: Keep accurate records of daily customer visits, collect feedback, track orders, and submit regular sales reports to the management.
- Payment Collection: Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues from clients and distributors against deliveries.
