Job Summary
As an Alternatives Middle Office Associate within the JPMorgan Wealth Management team, you will support the Investor Community, including Bankers, Investors, and Financial Advisors for Alternative Investments. You will perform middle office functions such as trade capture, client reporting, pricing, and legal review for hedge funds, private equity, and real estate funds. With a strong focus on client service and risk controls, you will be a part of a team that makes a difference!
Job Responsibilities
- Execute, validate, and verify trade instructions for alternative products accurately.
- Share fund performance reporting with clients timely
- Perform legal document review on trade order instructions from clients
- Respond swiftly to requests from Investor Support, Structuring, Fund Admins, Operations, and Client Service.
- Drive continuous improvement and reduce risk across manual processes.
- Adhere to service level commitments, process controls, and escalation policies.
- Participate in Wealth Management initiatives, such as system conversions and automations.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Exposure to complex products like private equity, hedge funds, real estate funds, derivatives and structured products
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities, with keen attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong controls mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive in taking ownership and responsibility to achieve goals.
- Strong analytical skills for driving process improvements.

- Experience with modern automation tools like Alteryx, Python, Unqork
