IPB Governance Manager - Associate

The candidate should have relevant project management experience in one or several of the operations area (back or middle office), ideally 5+ years in a reputable bank, fund administrator or financial institution across multiple jurisdictions, and looking to take on a new challenge in a growing, fast paced and ever changing environment. The candidate should have proven expertise in understanding Business Models, IAS Charters, Offshoring business coverage etc. 

Job Responsibility

• Production of the Governance and Oversight information related to various legal entities
• Ensuring compliance to evolving requirements from regulators from a Governance perspective. 
• Assist stakeholders for Ad Hoc changes required in various reporting's.
• Reporting enhancements and standardization
• Providing meaningful insights to the senior management.
• Maintenance of MIS metrics Inventory

Required qualification, skills and capabilities:

• Strategic thinking with the ability to implement Governance models across multiple legal entities worldwide,
• Strong ability to design an operating model including the control framework using any previous experience in Operations functions and understand the details of a process
• Be responsible for the planning, requirements gathering, management and publication of oversight reporting through a structured approach and engagement of various functional groups (Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Business Management, Risk), 
• Provide updates on any Risk related Action Plans, Issue Validation status to senior management and stakeholders, 
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills, ability to work in collaboration building strong rapport with peers 
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines 
• Strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills 
• Previous experience in consulting would be a plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree holder
