• Platform Exploration: Continuously explore new social media platforms and technologies to enhance our online presence and engagement.
• Content Management: Maintain and organize all social media content, including images, videos, and user-generated content (UGC), in designated Google Drive folders.
• Communication: Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, both internally with team members and externally with clients.
• Coordination: Coordinate and follow up with clients and team members to ensure timely completion of projects and adherence to expectations.
• Task Management: Handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Email and Messaging: Manage email communications effectively and respond to WhatsApp group messages promptly and professionally.
