Marketing Executive

Dynamic Industrial is looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to bridge the gap between our data and our sales team. You will be the "engine" of our growth—finding new prospects, qualifying them through direct outreach, and using modern automation tools (WhatsApp/Email) to keep our pipeline full.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Mine our internal database to find opportunities and research new prospects via online directories (Indiamart, LinkedIn, etc.) and offline references.
• Lead Qualification: Call potential leads to understand their requirements. "Qualify" the high-intent prospects and transfer them to the Sales Team for closing.
• Marketing Automation: Set up and manage automated WhatsApp and Email marketing campaigns. Monitor performance and follow up on leads generated from our active ad campaigns.
• CRM Management: Maintain a clean and updated CRM. Every call and every lead status must be logged accurately to ensure no follow-up is missed.
• Client Relationship Support: Stay in touch with existing clients to collect feedback, follow up on outstanding payments, and identify opportunities for repeat orders.

What We’re Looking For

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. You should be comfortable and persuasive on the phone.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM software and automated marketing tools (WhatsApp Business API/WABA, Email platforms).
• Persistence: A "hunter" mindset for finding data and a "nurturer" mindset for keeping existing clients happy.
• Organization: The ability to manage data from multiple sources (Ads, Online Research, Internal Sheets) without getting overwhelmed.
