• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the office, pantry, and work areas.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and deliveries.
• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Ensure office supplies (stationery, pantry items, etc.) are stocked and available.
• Support administrative staff when needed.
• Run small errands such as bank visits, couriers, or purchasing items.
• Help in setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for meetings.
• Keep pantry equipment clean and in working condition.
