Position: RealEstate Sales Manager

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Industry: Real Estate (Commercial & Residential)

Role Summary:Responsible for generating leads, conducting client meetings, property presentations, and closing sales for commercial and residential projects.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and acquire new clients for commercial and residential properties.
• Conduct site visits, property tours, and explain project details.
• Manage property listings and maintain updated project knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate deals and ensure smooth closure.
• Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.
• Meet monthly sales targets and follow up with clients regularly.
• Requirements:1–5 years of experience in real estate sales (commercial/residential).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of local market, pricing, and project offerings.
• Ability to work on weekends and during site events.
• Own vehicle preferred
