Job Title: Accountant cum Office Assistant


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant cum Office Assistant to support our finance department and assist with administrative duties. The ideal candidate should efficiently handle accounting responsibilities while also providing general office support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance Duties:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers

  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and petty cash transactions
  • Reconcile accounts and monitor financial transactions
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
  • Support audit and compliance activities
  • Handle basic bookkeeping and data entry tasks

Office Assistance Duties:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies

  • Handle correspondence via email and phone
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management
  • Support senior management with personal errands or tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Tally, and accounting software
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and dependable
  • Attention to detail and accuracy

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 12th pass; Graduate in Commerce or Accounting preferred

  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
  • Knowledge of basic finance and accounting practices
  • Ability to handle office tasks independently
  • Willing to assist with personal errands if required
  • Willingness to support additional office or administrative tasks
