Job Summary:

The Amazon Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our presence on the Amazon marketplace. This role involves developing strategies to increase sales, enhance product visibility, and ensure compliance with Amazon's policies.

Key Responsibilities:

o Manage product listings, including creation, optimization, and updates.

o Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve performance.

o Conduct keyword research to optimize product titles, descriptions, and backend keywords.

o Develop and manage Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.

o Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal inventory levels.

o Monitor stock levels and forecast demand to prevent stock outs and overstock situations.

o Respond to customer inquiries and reviews promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

o Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.

o Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.

o Stay up to date with changes in Amazon’s algorithms, policies, and best practices.

o Generate reports on sales, traffic, and ad performance to identify trends and opportunities.

o Provide actionable insights to the management team based on data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, or a related field preferred.

• Proven experience as an Amazon Specialist or in a similar e-commerce role & Category Should be Health & Personnel Care

• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and related tools.

• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
