Assistant Facility Manager

India’s fastest-growing facility & club-management company, UFT Ultra Facility management private limited, manages 5-star clubhouses, lobbies, pools, gyms, façade, STP, fire & safety systems for 50+ premium high-rise societies across Pan India We now need an energetic Assistant Property / Facility Manager who can deliver white-glove service to residents while protecting the developer’s asset value.

Role/JD

Assist the Property Manager in end-to-end operations of multistorey towers and club house

• Supervise housekeeping, security, landscaping, MEP & club staff.

• Ensure 24×7 uptime of high-speed elevators, BMS, DG, HVAC, water treatment & fire systems.

• Conduct daily GEMBA walks, resolve resident complaints within SLA, close help-desk tickets on app.

• Liaise with PMC, statutory bodies & OEM vendors for AMCs, renewals, audits & NOCs.

• Prepare MIS,energy-efficiency reports & risk assessments.

• Drive SOPs, safety drills, EHS compliance, waste-segregation & sustainability goals.

• Handle hand-over / defect-liability period, snagging, fit-out control & move-in / move-out formalities.

Must-Have

• 3–6 years experience in facility operations of high-rise residential towers above 25 floors.

• Knowledge of NBC, fire norms, RERA, lift & pressure-vessel rules.

• Hands-on with CMMS, BMS, DG, STP, HVAC, fire panels, swimming-pool plant.

• Excellent English & Hindi.

• Customer-first mindset, team leader, crisis solver, willingness to work & attentive on  emergency calls.
