We are seeking a skilled and motivated Proposal Engineer to join our dynamic team at HECS. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for preparing technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment plants including STP, ETP, WTP, UF, RO, and ZLD systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate, competitive, and timely proposals, while also supporting engineering, sales, and procurement activities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed proposals for STP, ETP, WTP, UF,RO, and ZLD projects.
• Create and review P&ID drawings in coordination with the engineering team.
• Support pre-sales technical discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct design calculations and prepare technical documentation.
• Liaise with procurement to gather vendor quotes and material specifications.
• Contribute to business development through effective planning and proposal strategies.

Candidate Key Profile:

• Proven experience in proposal preparation and technical writing.
• Strong knowledge of STP, ETP, WTP and RO systems.
• Solid understanding of design calculations and process engineering.
• Good coordination and communication skills for procurement and inter-departmental collaboration.
• Logical thinker with excellent analytical and project management abilities.

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Environmental or Chemical Engineering/ M.Tech in Environmental / Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (Preferred)
