Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to lead client engagement, generate new business, and build strong corporate relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid marketing background, proven success in lead generation, and experience in managing client interactions. A background in healthcare is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and long-term collaboration.
- Identify and cultivate new corporate relationships, expanding the company’s network within the healthcare sector.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the company's services and offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project implementation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for revenue generation and client acquisition.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4 to 5 years of experience in business development and marketing, with a focus on lead generation and client management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthcare services is a plus.
