Job Description

Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to lead client engagement, generate new business, and build strong corporate relationships. The ideal candidate will have a solid marketing background, proven success in lead generation, and experience in managing client interactions. A background in healthcare is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Generate and manage leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and long-term collaboration.
  3. Identify and cultivate new corporate relationships, expanding the company’s network within the healthcare sector.
  4. Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the company's services and offerings.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project implementation.
  6. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for revenue generation and client acquisition.


Preferred Qualifications:


  1. 4 to 5 years of experience in business development and marketing, with a focus on lead generation and client management.
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  4. Prior experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with healthcare services is a plus.
