Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Continental Chef to join our culinary team! As a Continental Chef, you'll prepare and cook delicious continental dishes, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor. You'll work closely with our Head Chef and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook continental dishes, including appetizers, main courses, desserts, and snacks, pizza, pasts, toast, burger

- Follow recipes and menus planned by the Head Chef

- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene

- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

- Monitor inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen

- Develop new menu ideas and participate in menu planning

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as a Continental Chef

- Culinary degree or equivalent

- Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques

- Excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and presentation

- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Food safety and hygiene certification
