About the Menu:

We offer a delicious and diverse menu featuring Indian curries, vegetables, breads, rice, and refreshing beverages. We also cater to a variety of dietary needs with options like no-onion garlic dishes and healthy protein salads. 


Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team and play a vital role in creating our flavourful dishes. You will be responsible for preparing a wide range of menu items, ensuring the highest quality and timely service for our Brand Kitchen. Our customers are majorly premium segment . Hence, candidate with strong sense of delicacy is must.


Responsibilities:

  • Main Courses:
  • Prepare daily daal (no onion, no garlic) following recipes.
  • Cook a selection of fresh vegetables for the "Veg of the day" options.
  • Make fresh chutneys (Lehsun, Onion Green) and the special "Fry Masala Hari Mirch."
  • Assemble salads and prepare sides like chaach and dahi.
  • Prepare Dahi Bhalla.
  • Sides:
  • Cook french fries and assemble sandwiches as per orders.
  • Breads & Rice:
  • Prepare fresh tawa roti (normal and khapli) and cook plain rice and ghee jeera rice.
  • Salads:
  • Prepare vegetable salad, fruit salad, and high protein salad according to recipes.
  • Desserts:
  • Prepare Moong Dal Halwa using desi ghee.
  • Prepare Gulab Jamun and Rabri (if offered).
  • Prepare seasonal desserts like Gajar Halwa (during season).
  • Shakes & Hydros:
  • Prepare Peach and Lemon ice tea.
  • Cold Coffee Beverages:
  • Prepare cold coffee latte, cappuccino, and americano as per recipes.
  • Smoothies:
  • Prepare Mango, Blueberry, Cookie n Cream, and Lotus Biscoff smoothies.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
  • Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
  • Replenish ingredients as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year of experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Experience preparing Indian cuisine preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a clean and organized environment.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
