We have an urgent requirement for the position of customer Success Associate

We are hiring for one for our client in "Gurugram" location for Customer Success Associate.

Work Mode: Work From Office
Process: International Process
Position: Customer Success Associate
Interview mode: HR Round; Ops Round; Client & Versant Round; Joining formalities; Joining
Skill set: Near-native fluency in English, with a strong command of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary. Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English at a near-native level, ensuring clear, error-free communication in all interactions. Minimal or neutral accent to facilitate smooth communication with native speakers from North America
Qualification: Graduate in any field.
Experience: 1 Year in Fintech/ BFSI Industry
Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 CTC
Shift: 24/7, Rotational Shift / 6 Days working // 1 Weekly Off ( Both Girls & Boys)
Roles and Responsibility: Handling Customer Queries, Maintaining CSAT, Taking accountability, Providing end to end resolution
Cab Facility: YES ( with in 20 KM)
