Job Description:


Are you looking for an exciting career opportunity in the dynamic world of international BPO? We are currently seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates and Technical Support Executives in our Jaipur and Gurugram locations.


Responsibilities:


Customer Service Associate:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while assisting customers.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve customer satisfaction goals.


Technical Support Executive:


  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers experiencing hardware or software issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • Document technical processes and solutions for future reference.
  • Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product updates to provide effective support.


Requirements:


Customer Service Associate:


  • No prior experience required.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.


Technical Support Executive:


  • Minimum 12 months of experience in technical support role.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Certification in relevant technical fields (preferred).
