Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Gurugram. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support and technical assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer issues. They will also need to demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills.


Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and issues through chat support efficiently and effectively.

• Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.

• Utilize Excel to manage and analyze customer data, generate reports, and track key performance metrics.

• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining confidentiality.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer support role within a corporate environment.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and generate reports.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• A proactive attitude with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is an advantage
