Role: Customer Support Executive

Department: Customer Service / BPO

  • Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries, complaints, and service requests via calls, emails, or chat.
  • Provide information about Livpure products, installations, AMC, and service processes.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with service and sales teams for issue resolution.
  • Maintain customer interaction records in CRM/software systems.
  • Follow up with customers for closure and feedback.
  • EligibilityGraduate in any discipline.
  • 6 months to 2 years experience in customer support/customer service preferred.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally.
  • Salary & BenefitsSalary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 CTC (depending on experience)
  • PF, health insurance, flexible shifts may be included.
