About the Role

Founded in 2015, it is headquartered in Indore with an operational office in Gurugram, delivering projects across EV infrastructure, telecom, and green mobility sectors.

We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to spearhead the deployment, performance, and strategic growth of our EV charging infrastructure — a leadership role designed for those who excel in execution, stakeholder management, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full lifecycle of EV charging projects—from planning and resource allocation to execution and delivery—while managing budgets, timelines, and P&L performance.

• Coordinate with vendors, property owners, government agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and cost-efficiency.

• Drive compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards across all installations and operations.

• Monitor key operational KPIs, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement continuous improvement processes for maximum performance.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related fields (MBA preferred).

• Extensive experience in large-scale operations or EPC management in EV, power, or energy sectors, with a proven track record in strategic planning and team leadership.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
