Fashion Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Development: Conceptualize and design clothing suitable for digital platforms, utilizing tools like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Trend Analysis: Analyze current fashion trends and online sales data to create commercial designs that resonate with the target audience.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the product development process, including tech packs, pattern selection, and coordinating with manufacturers for sample production.
• Digital Content Optimization: Collaborate with marketing/photography teams to ensure product designs and samples look appealing in high-resolution, user-friendly, and conversion-optimized online stores.
• Inventory & Assortment Planning: Assist in managing inventory levels and optimizing product listings (catalog management) to ensure efficient turnover and reduced stock issues. 

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in fashion design (3+ years, with portfolio), with familiarity in, for example, CLO3D for 3D design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and garment construction knowledge.
• E-commerce Knowledge: Understanding of digital retail, online consumer behavior, and, for instance, SEO-friendly product descriptions.
• Skills: Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
