Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming orders from kitchen staff and ensure accurate order preparation
• Assign orders to delivery partners based on availability, location, and priority
• Monitor order progress to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
• Communicate with delivery partners to track deliveries and resolve any issues
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure food quality and packaging meet standards before dispatch
• Handle customer inquiries or concerns related to order delivery
• Maintain real-time tracking of all orders and ensure smooth flow of the delivery process
