Junior Analyst – Fraud Risk Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in FCU Investigations: Assist the Fraud Control Unit in conducting internal investigations, including gathering data, reviewing transactions, and preparing initial findings for review.

• Support in Offsite Monitoring Activities: Contribute to routine monitoring of operational data to detect early warning signals or irregularities across branches, vendors, and internal processes.

• Monthly Management Reporting: Compile and prepare monthly reports, dashboards, and summaries for senior management, using Excel and other internal tools.

• Record Management: Maintain and update case files, investigation records, evidence logs, and tracking sheets to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

• Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors supporting fraud control activities—such as field investigators or data verification partners—including documentation, follow-ups, and performance tracking.

• Graduate

• 0-1 years of work experience

Required Skills:

• Basic Proficiency in MS Excel - including pivot tables, data sorting/filtering, basic formulas, and charts.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualification (Nice to have):

• Internship or academic project experience in fraud risk, compliance, or audit.

• Familiarity with IRDAI regulations or insurance operations.

• Exposure to risk or investigation-related tools/platforms.
