Marketing Executive

The Regional Retail Executive will lead the expansion our retail and offline sales & Marketing network. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, brand understanding, and hands-on business development. You’ll identify retail opportunities, nurture partnerships, and ensure brand excellence at every touchpoint; from product displays to in-store experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Retail & Distribution Growth

• Identify and onboard new retail partners, distributors, and showroom opportunities within the assigned region.
• Develop and execute territory-specific sales plans to drive product visibility and sales growth.
• Negotiate trade terms, retail agreements, and promotional support in alignment with brand standards.

In-Store Marketing & Merchandising

• Ensure consistent and premium brand presentation across all partner stores and display locations.
• Plan and coordinate retail marketing initiatives, including POS materials, window campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
• Conduct periodic store visits and training sessions to maintain high product knowledge and merchandising standards.

Market Development & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail buyers, distributors, and business partners.
• Gather market insights; including pricing, competitor activity, and consumer feedback; to guide future strategies.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to tailor assortments for local preferences and retail formats.

Sales & Performance Reporting

• Track sales performance by region, partner, and category.
• Prepare periodic reports on sell-through rates, campaign effectiveness, and retail ROI.
• Recommend corrective actions and new opportunities based on performance data.
