Job Summary:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Furniture Factory Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage production schedules, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure quality control in the manufacturing process.

We need candidates who have knowledge or experience regarding the Furniture Factory Production .

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare production plan in coordination with Sales and design team.

2. Doing the cost analysis and prepare the quotation for the project.

2. Guiding Purchase department for scheduling as the production plan.

3. Prepare process flow, work instructions and continuously update the Sales, Design and Management on the progress of the project.

4.Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan and review of drawing and specification for any queries and clarifications essential for production.

5.Ensure production targets are met within the constraints of the budget and optimum production is achieved.

6.Highlight technical issues and recommend probable solutions to the Sales, design and Management.

7.Analyze root cause for the rejections and the rework, customer feedback and ensure the systems are in place to prevent the re occurrence.

8.Measure the cycle time and reduce the same to improve production

9.Train the production team adequately on quality system, understanding of the design drawings, work instructions and quality check points.

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of furniture production management and manufacturing processes

2. Experience in project coordination and supplier management

3. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

4. Ability to work with factory workers, under pressure and meet deadlines

5. Proficiency in CAD software and other production tools

6. Previous experience in the interior design or furniture industry is a plus

7. Strong technical knowledge of furniture production and materials, should make drawings on Autocad.
