**Position Overview:**

As a Sales and Marketing Executive for our B2B division, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives and impactful marketing campaigns. This position blends the creativity of marketing with the execution prowess of sales to achieve our ambitious business objectives.


**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and surpass sales targets.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through proactive networking, prospecting, and nurturing client relationships.

- Collaborate closely with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute compelling campaigns tailored for our B2B clientele.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring seamless client satisfaction.

- Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to inform strategic decisions and enhance our competitive edge.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and drive referrals.

- Prepare detailed sales reports and presentations for senior management to track performance and optimize strategies.


**Requirements:**

- Proven track record as a Sales and Marketing Executive or similar role, ideally within the B2B sector.

- Deep understanding of sales principles and methodologies, with a demonstrable history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering tangible results.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
