Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role will focus on driving sales through various channels, building strong relationships with pet shops, distributors, and other partners, and managing customer interactions to ensure an exceptional experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential customers, including pet shops and distributors, and close sales over calls and emails.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of Moe Puppy's premium products to better educate customers and improve sales conversion. (We will provide training)Customer Engagement: Communicate with new and existing customers to upsell products, including Cash on Delivery (COD) upselling.
  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.


Skills & Requirements:


  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or any related field.
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in inside sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for customer service and relationship building.
  • Motivation to Learn: Willingness to continuously learn about new products, sales techniques, and market trends.
