Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the production process. ● Manage and maintain customer documentation, including PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) submissions. ● Conduct and support Maruti VSA (Vendor-Supplier Audit) system and audits. ● Monitor and analyze product quality metrics and suggest improvements. ● Liaise with the production and engineering teams to implement quality improvements. ● Support training and continuous development of team members related to quality standards. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. ● Develop and maintain process documentation and reports related to quality assurance.

B Tech in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or any relevant branch). 

● Experience: 

○ Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Management or related roles in the automotive or 

manufacturing industry. 

● Technical Skills: 

○ Knowledge of the Maruti VSA Audit system is preferred. 

○ Strong understanding of PPAP documentation and customer quality requirements. 

● Certifications: 

○ MACE (Manufacturing & Automation Certified Engineer) training is a plus but not mandatory. 

● Additional Skills: 

○ Strong problem-solving abilities. 

○ Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. 

○ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
