Job Description

Key responsibilities


Recruitment and hiring: Oversee the entire hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selecting new employees.

Employee relations and performance: Manage employee relations, mediate disputes, and handle disciplinary procedures. Develop and implement performance management and appraisal systems.

Training and development: Plan and implement training programs and initiatives to develop employee skills and support business needs.

Compensation and benefits: Develop, manage, and administer employee benefit programs and ensure compensation is competitive.

Policy and compliance: Develop and enforce company policies and procedures, and ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Strategic planning: Consult with top executives on strategic planning and develop HR strategies that align with overall business goals.

Onboarding and engagement: Create and maintain smooth onboarding processes and develop strategies to increase employee engagement and retention.

Administration and reporting: Handle HR-related administrative duties and prepare reports on HR activities, including budgets, recruitment needs, and employee data analysis.

Liaison: Serve as a link between management and employees, and act as a consultant on HR issues for other managers. 

Key skills and qualifications


A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.

Proven experience in human resources.

Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and mediation abilities.

Knowledge of relevant labor laws and health and safety regulations.

Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office applications
