Job Title: Sales Manager -Reputed Real Estate Location: Gurgaon ( Haryana) Sector 74 A, Gurgaon (HR) 122001. Salary: Up to 90k plus incentives Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in sales, preferably in real estate Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales with a proven ability to drive results and achieve targets. This role involves leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction in our real estate business. Key Responsibilities

● Sales Team Leadership: Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

● Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth.

● Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.client calling, Lead generation.

● Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

● Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.

● Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Qualifications

● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a preference for experience in the real estate industry.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

● Skills: ○ Strong leadership and team management abilities. ○ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ○ Understanding of the real estate market and sales processes. ○ Ability to develop and implement sales strategies. ○ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
