Job Description:

Role Overview: As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube) to increase brand awareness, engage our target audience, and drive traffic to our platforms.

Content Creation and Management: Create compelling and engaging content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience of educators, students, parents, and stakeholders in the education sector.

Community Engagement: Proactively engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Foster meaningful conversations, address concerns, and amplify positive feedback to enhance our online presence and reputation.

Campaign Development: Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives. Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize results and achieve KPIs.

Social Media Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy. Provide regular reports and insights on social media performance, audience demographics, and engagement metrics to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate closely with the marketing team, content creators, designers, and other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and consistent brand representation across all platforms.


Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in a B2B or B2C environment, preferably within the education or EdTech industry.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for crafting engaging content.

Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
