• Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
• Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and joining formalities.

Generate HR and recruitment reports for management.

• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, HR Executive, or HR Manager.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Experience using ATS platforms and job portals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.

Preferred QualificationsMBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.

• Experience in IT recruitment or staffing industry.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
