- Make outbound calls to Customers and potential customers 

- Remind customers about there Dues, Premium Payments

- Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner

- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information

- Follow up

🎯 Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills

- Strong convincing and negotiation ability

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)

- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset

- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
