Job Description
Relevant Experience to Look For (Shortlisting Criteria) • 6 months+ experience in trading operations or OMS/EMS support • Exposure to trading platforms, order management systems, or exchange connectivity • Experience handling trading incidents, connectivity issues, or order failures • Familiarity with UAT testing, system upgrades, or API/FIX connectivity • Experience in brokerage, prop trading, or fintech firms preferred Key Skills Required • Understanding of trading systems & market infrastructure • OMS/EMS & FIX protocol knowledge • Incident & issue management • System monitoring & reporting • Coordination with tech & exchange teams • Risk controls & SOP adherence • Documentation & audit readiness Role Responsibilities • Monitor trading platforms and market connectivity • Resolve latency, connectivity, or order-routing issues • Perform daily system health checks • Support UAT and system upgrades • Maintain incident logs and audit records
