- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity across projects.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align database strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of database installation, configuration, and maintenance processes.
- Experience in developing and implementing database backup and recovery strategies.
- Ability to monitor database performance and tune systems for optimal efficiency.
- Familiarity with security best practices to safeguard sensitive data within database environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex database issues in a timely manner.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
