Senior SAP ABAP Consultant

Job Description

We provide comprehensive consulting, system integration and implementation services across multiple SAP applications, products and technologies. Simply put, we focus on delivering business led, technology enabled change for our clients including industry specific enterprise resource planning and the latest in mobile, analytics and cloud solutions 

*Responsibilities:  

• Lead end-to-end process transformation projects across various business functions by integrating AI-powered solutions such as machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and robotic process automation. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, analytics, and business stakeholders) to identify transformation opportunities and develop AI-enabled solutions. 

• Conduct in-depth process analysis, mapping, and redesign to support AI integration and automation efforts. 

• Define metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of AI-driven process changes and ensure continuous improvement. 

• Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with AI technology partners and consultants when needed. 

• Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of AI-powered process transformations. 

• Stay current with emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices to continuously evolve transformation strategies. 

• Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making. 

• Prepare business cases, project plans, and present progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders. 

*Mandatory skill sets  

• Strong understanding of AI technologies (ML, NLP, RPA, Computer Vision) and their application in business processes. 

• Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio) and data analytics platforms. 

• Proven track record managing complex transformation projects with measurable ROI. 

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. 

• Change management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus. 

• Analytical mindset with ability to synthesize complex information and translate into actionable strategies. 

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies is an advantage. 

*Preferred skill sets  

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and knowledge of its capabilities related to materials management.
