Operation Associate
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create visually appealing graphics and content using Canva for social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
2. Manage and analyze data using Excel for content tracking, performance metrics, and reporting.
Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms to enhance engagement and brand presence.
3. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
4. Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and audience insights to optimize content performance.
5. Assist in content scheduling, publishing, and community engagement.
6. Stay updated with the latest digital trends and best practices.
7. Write and edit compelling captions, posts, and descriptions for various platforms.
Skills and Requirements :
1. 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role.
2. Proficiency in Canva for designing creative assets.
3. Strong knowledge of Excel for data organization and analysis.
4. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
5. Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
6. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
7. A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content trends.
