Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and proactive oversight of solution evolution are key aspects of daily activities, ensuring that the software environment remains robust and scalable.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based software architecture and deployment strategies.
- Experience with integration techniques and managing software release cycles.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards ensuring system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within packaged or SaaS environments.
- Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to guide teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Fabric.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
