Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of Security Services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methodologies, tools, and training resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to address challenges and optimize delivery processes within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations, Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong knowledge of identity governance and administration principles.
- Ability to design and implement scalable identity management solutions.
- Experience in integrating identity platforms with enterprise applications and systems.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and best practices related to identity management.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
