Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, and training resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating collaboration across diverse teams to maintain high standards of service delivery. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with stakeholders to drive project progress and achieve desired outcomes efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ForgeRock Access Management.
- Experience in configuring and managing identity and access management solutions.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and authentication mechanisms.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex access management issues.
- Familiarity with integration of access management systems with various applications and platforms.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements related to access management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ForgeRock Access Management.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
