Structural Design Engineer

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Junior Structural Engineer to join our Structural Consultancy team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of structural analysis and design principles, with proficiency in using ETABS for 3D modelling of structures. The role also includes occasional AutoCAD drafting work and site visits for supervision of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models of structures using ETABS for structural analysis and design
• Prepare structural drawings using AutoCAD as needed
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure designs meet all technical and safety requirements
• Conduct site visits for supervision and ensure adherence to design specifications and drawings
• Assist in preparing technical reports and project documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Proficiency in ETABS and AutoCAD
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• Willingness to travel for occasional site visits
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of experience in structural design are welcome to apply

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with ETABS structural design software
• Basic knowledge of construction site supervision
• Good understanding of building codes and structural standards
