Responsibility: 1. Responsible for Business Target achievement through assigned Banca partner's branches. 2. Responsible for managing the overall business for assigned area (1-2 branches) which involves business development, sales, relationship management, operational and training support, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting overall target assigned on new business. 3. Responsible to establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel of assigned branches of partners branches. 4. Responsible for all operations, customer servicing, and customer retention activities for the assigned branches of partners branches. 5. Responsible to drive business generation initiatives to achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly business targets along with assigned partner team. 6. Responsible for business tracking, analyzing, and reporting business results at desired and periodic intervals to reporting authority. Responsible for compliant business practices and ensuring that employees of the partner comply with ethical business practices for Insurance sales.
