Reporting to T/L Assembly Academic Qualifications • ITI –Mechanical Fitter Experience • Minimum 1-2 Year Industrial Assembly Experience • Knowledge in tool handling. • Good Knowledge about mechanical components. • Attitude to take up work pro-actively with good energy Experience in following industry will be preferred: 1. Crushing & Screening 2. Construction Equipment, such as excavators or batching plants 3. Any engineering industry Tasks to be performed • Listen to directions from production supervisor. • Take precision measurement to ensure perfect fit of components. • Assemble components according to measurement and specification as per instruction. • Work with other members of the line or team in order to assemble equipment. • Align materials and put together parts to build more complex units. • Maintaining equipment and tools in good condition. • Report on issues, malfunction or defective parts to supervisor. • Maintain safe clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. • Meet all safety requirements set by the company and industry standards. • Should be time bound and comply with the factory rules and regulations. • Maintain discipline and decorum inside the premises.
