Position: Civil Project Head

Location: Guwahati

Project Type: Drain, Duct, Road, Precast, Building, Structure, and All Types of Civil Works

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and execute all civil engineering project activities from start to finish.

Manage multiple sites in Guwahati with strong execution and timely delivery.

Prepare project schedules, work plans, and monitor daily progress.

Handle estimation, BOQ preparation, material calculations, and cost planning.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

Ensure quality execution as per drawings, specifications, and project standards.

Handle work pressure and take quick decisions for smooth execution.

Lead the team strongly, guide supervisors/engineers, and maintain a smooth workflow.

Oversee manpower planning, resource allocation, and productivity improvement.

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.

Prepare progress reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and update management.

Ensure cost control, minimize wastage, and maintain project budgets.

Support billing, documentation, and client communication.

Drive company growth with strong execution, disciplined processes, and professional coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

7–15+ years of experience in civil construction projects.

Strong knowledge of Drain, Duct, Road, Precast Works, Building Construction, Structural Works, and All Types of Civil Projects.

Excellent experience in estimation, planning, and project management.

Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple sites efficiently.

Strong leadership, coordination, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and project monitoring tools.
