You are Responsible for

New Site Acquisition, Completion of due diligence process, Monitoring of Owner scope of work, Site renewals, Site termination, Security deposit settlement with LL on site termination, Real Estate Management, Stakeholder management and co-ordination for all real estate needs. Handling all online tools related with real estate functions.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following

Real estate background of at least 5 years, Complete understanding of property due diligence documents, Understanding of topography, Good communication skills, Understanding of local language, Can speak, read and write vernacular language, Expertise in stakeholder management, Basic computer skills.
