You would be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process from screening of candidates to successful joining. - Should be able to talk to 60 to 80 job seekers daily. - Mass/Bulk hiring experience is a must (Minimum - 1 year) - Preference would be given to recruiters who would be fluent in the regional language - Must have - Smartphone and good internet connection. - Will be responsible for explaining job details, requirements, interview/joining process and for addressing required queries. It is work from home role. (6 days a week - Sundays off) Work hours - 10 AM to 8 PM (with 1-hour break)
