JOB DESCRIPTION: • Analyse communication needs of customer and consult with staff engineers regarding technical problems. • Train establishment personnel in equipment use, utilizing knowledge of electronics and product sold. • Recommend equipment to meet customer requirements, considering saleable features, such as flexibility, cost, capacity, and economy of operation. • Negotiate terms of sale and services with customer. • Sell cold and hot equipment such as Freezer, Electric Oven, Gas Oven etc., to businesses and industrial establishments, hotels, bakery. • Conduct market research in North- East region to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams Required Experience, Skills and Qualification: • Should have at least 1-2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role. Having experience in Hotel and Hospital Industry will serve as an added advantage. • Having a two-wheeler is a must. • Should be a self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets. • Proficiency in English, writing and speaking. • Excellent knowledge of MS Office • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques • Fast learner and passion for sales • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations • Demonstrable experience of technical sales and/or business development working in a matrix sales environment. • Strong presentation skills and inter-personal skills. • Ability to create new opportunities through effective interaction and solution development. • Pro-active communicator natural sharer of information and collaborator across teams. • Should have strong customer orientation. • Commercially knowledgeable intuitive about the market and quick to deliver relevant end user/customer feedback to the concerned team. • High level of personal integrity, commitment to hard work and working in an open collaborative manner. • Qualification: Graduate Position: Sales Executive Salary: 15 to 25 k
