Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Support Executive to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of website and mobile application troubleshooting, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with IT teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for website and mobile application issues, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting problems.
• Collaborate with IT tech teams to identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Utilize knowledge of computer languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to assist in debugging and optimizing web applications.
• Support website editors and content management systems to ensure seamless updates and functionality.
• Conduct regular monitoring and testing of websites and applications to identify potential issues before they impact users.
• Document technical issues and solutions in a clear and organized manner for future reference.
• Train and guide users on best practices for using our websites and applications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve support processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in technical support, preferably within web and mobile application environments.
• Strong knowledge of website management tools and content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
