Position OverviewWe are seeking dynamic, confident, and self-driven Field Sales Executives who are passionate about sales and ready to represent OES India in the market. The role involves meeting dealers, retailers, and customers, building strong relationships, and generating leads for our EVs, Batteries, and Solar Products.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit markets daily to promote OES products (EVs, batteries, inverters, solar systems).
- Identify and approach potential dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to generate sales and bookings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and ensure repeat business.
- Collect market data, competitor insights, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly sales and target goals.
- Prepare and submit daily visit reports and updates to the marketing head.
- Participate in exhibitions, marketing campaigns, and promotional events.
- Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate (BBA, B.Com, B.Sc, or equivalent preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or dealership development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory).
- Confident personality with good presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the local market and nearby regions.
- Passion for electric vehicles and clean energy solutions is a plus.
- Salary & Benefits₹7,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
