Develop good relationships with local bodies like Panchayat Heads, Anganwadi workers etc. to organize marketing activities together 3. Build long lasting relationship with key stakeholders like local doctors for patient referrals, pharmacies and labs 4. Understand what patients are talking about through field work and report feedback 5. Build brand visibility - pasting posters, banners, stickers in local area 6. Soft Skills : Good communication skills is a must, Strong interpersonal skills to handle customer feedback Self motivated, Confident and driven individual 7. Flexibility to work as per marketing requirement within required hours 8.
